The McCandless Swim Club offers several types of memberships to accommodate various age groups and family structures:

Family Membership:

Stockholder: $565
Non-Stockholder: $685
Includes access for everyone in your household, making it ideal for families wanting to enjoy the club’s facilities together.

Two-Person Membership:

Stockholder: $430
Non-Stockholder: $550
Covers two individuals, whether they are a couple or two friends. Provides a flexible option for small households.

Single Adult Membership:

Stockholder: $290
Non-Stockholder: $415
Designed for single adults. Offers full access to the club’s amenities.

Senior Membership (65+):

Stockholder: $245
Non-Stockholder: $350
Specially priced to ensure seniors can enjoy the club’s offerings.

Teen Membership (12-18):

Stockholder: $245
Non-Stockholder: $350
Specifically for teenagers. Provides a safe and engaging environment for teens.

Stockholder Bond System Overview

The club operates on a stockholder bond system designed to facilitate membership and manage funds effectively. Here is a detailed breakdown:

Bond Purchase
- Total Bonds: There are a total of 350 bonds in the system.
- Availability: New bonds are available for purchase directly from the club. Bonds may become available as current members turn them in.
- Alternative Purchase: Bonds can also be acquired by purchasing from an existing stockholder.
Bond Value and Redemption
- Value: Each bond holds a value of $300.
- Application: This bond value can be applied towards membership fees.
- Last Year Redemption: In the final year of using the bond, it can be redeemed for its full value of $300 towards membership fees.
  - Payment: Members must cover the difference between the $300 bond value and the actual cost of the membership they choose. For example, if the membership costs $500, the member would pay the additional $200.

- Interest: If you are interested in becoming a stockholder, please contact the club to check bond availability. Additionally, inquire about opportunities to purchase a bond from current stockholders.

This system allows members to offset part of their membership fees with the bond value while ensuring the club maintains a stable financial structure and circulation of bonds within the community.

Note: Active stockholders must renew their membership each year to keep their bond valid. If the membership is not renewed annually, the bond will be voided, and stockholder pricing will no longer be available in future years.

July Trial Membership

The club offers a special trial membership during July to allow prospective members to experience the facilities before committing to a full season membership:

One-Time Use: The July trial membership is available only once per individual or family.
Transition to Full Membership: After experiencing the club during the July trial, participants must upgrade to a full season membership in subsequent years to continue their membership.
Trial Pricing:
- Family: $250
- Two-Person: $200
- Single Adult: $150

Late Fee Policy

Please keep in mind that we are introducing a late fee policy for the 2026 season and all seasons following. Late fees will be applied to any registrations completed after May 4th:

$50 late fee for multi-person memberships
$25 late fee for Senior and Single-person memberships

Payment Deadline for Normal Registration:If you register before May 5th and are paying by check, your payment must be received by May 13, 2026 to be eligible for the standard (non-late) registration rate. If your check is not received by May 13th, your registration will be cancelled, and you will need to re-register at the late fee rate.

GUEST POLICY UPDATES

We love guests, but even the best houseguests eventually
start smelling like old pool towels. To keep things fair for
our members:

* Visit Limits: A single individual may visit as a guest a
maximum of 10 times per season, regardless of which
member(s) hosts them.

* Guest Pass Packages: You will be able to add a package of
10 passes for $40. These must be purchased at least 2
days in advance in order to use them.
(Note: Guest package pricing and availability are
subject to change in June or July).

* Door Pricing: Guest prices at the door will be increasing
to $10 per person.
