We are incredibly excited to kick off another fantastic summer at the pool! As we count down the days to Opening Day, we have a few important updates regarding our pool status, upcoming hours, a new weather policy, and a massive thank you to our amazing volunteers.
First and foremost, we want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out and worked hard at our cleanup day yesterday, as well as our previous scheduled cleanup day. The club is looking great because of your efforts!
As a token of our appreciation, anyone who attended either of our two scheduled cleanup days will receive a couple of complimentary guest passes. These guest passes will be added directly to your account in the next couple of days. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication to making our club ready for the season!
If you've driven past the club recently, you might have noticed that the water looks a bit low. We want to give you a quick update on exactly where things stand with our pre-season maintenance:
Two pipes that needed to be repaired have already been fixed, and we’re currently waiting for them to dry. Water was going back into the pool today. Right now, the team is working on fixing a leak in the pump room/filter box. Once that’s completed, they’ll finish filling the pool and turn the pumps on—hopefully tomorrow.
After the pumps are running, we’ll be able to see if the heaters are working properly. Regardless of the heater status, there should be no problem being up and running for Saturday. Thanks everyone for your patience as we get everything ready for the season!
To make checking the pool status as easy as possible, we have added a new feature to the member portal!
Now, when you log in, the "Today" page will clearly display whether the pool is open or closed. Additionally, a floating banner will appear directly on our website to give you a quick, real-time look at our operating status.
Here are a few examples of what you will see depending on the day's conditions:

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our members and staff, we are implementing a new policy for the season: the pool will not open if the outside temperature is 65°F or below.
If the weather looks questionable or chilly on any given day, please make sure to check the new portal tracker, website banner, or your email for any closure announcements before heading down to the club.
