Ideally, we want our pool to be a place of pure relaxation, but we’ve already encountered some minor issues this season. To keep things safe and fun for everyone, we have implemented a formal flag and ban system for misconduct or any other issues that may arise with a member or guest.

Our policy is Verbal Warning First. We really, truly do not want to give anyone a flag. However, if an issue persists, please note that flags stick with you for the entire season.

The breakdown looks like this:

• 3 flags = 1 full day banned from the pool
• 5 flags = 3 full days banned from the pool
• 7 flags = 5 full days banned from the pool
• 10 flags = 7 full days banned from the pool
• 14 flags = 14 full days banned from the pool
• 20 flags = Indefinitely banned from the pool

Hopefully, things never get that severe! Please note that the pool administration reserves the right to ban a member or guest indefinitely, regardless of their current flag count, if the situation warrants it. Any time a flag or ban is issued, the email address associated with the account will receive an automatic notification.
